Are These Odds Right?

Take a look at these odds for double result in tonight's NFL game between Colts/Titans. Are these right? Is the chance for a tie at half and/or at the end of a game that likely? Surely I'm having a brain freeze. I know ya'll will know. What am I missing here?

I haven't checked the #'s in awhile but I believe around 8-9% of NFL games are tied at the half over the course of a full season.

yeah but I fucked this up. I was thinking this covered all bases but the tie but obvious it didnt. Just a dumb brain freeze/drinking moment (and I hardly drink)
